Synopsis

Premierone one carries out Payroll support services for Aged Care facilities on a fortnightly basis. The challenge for Premierone is to process these payrolls accurately and efficiently.

These Aged Care providers were looking for a fully integrated, cloud based solution to replace the outdated, locally hosted solution they were using. The solution needed to be pain-free to migrate to and quick for staff to adapt to. Staff did not want to undergo extensive training regimes or have to refer to complex user manuals to work on the system.

For the Facilities, the priority was accurate payroll & reporting, with minimal input or time investment on their part. In other words, they just wanted a system that is simple and works.
